Most of workspace problem encountered are caused by remaining user cache.
You have to clean up two places.
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Team Foundation\3.0\Cache
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\VisualStudio\10.0
